Accumulation Systems

Accumulation Tables

Accumulation Tables are available in both bi-directional and flow-through configurations to assist with surge controls in a production line. Heavy duty stainless steel or painted mild steel construction is available depending upon the application. A stand alone control package can also be provided. The tables are custom engineered and sized for each application.

Features and Benefits

Pictured are examples of FILO and FIFO Accumulation Systems. FILO (First In - Last Out product flow) and FIFO (First In - First Out product flow) refer to the relative manner in which the flow of product is managed while in accumulation. Most conventional means of off line accumulation are considered relative FILO accumulation systems ie. bi-directional accumulation tables or mass flow switch back accumulation.

Products that require batch lot tracking or tracked quality control would be candidates for FIFO accumulation ie. zoned uni-directional accumulation tables.
